Our firm has extensive experience working with water and utility districts in North Texas. We have approximately 30 years of experience and are currently providing Bookkeeping Services to over 100 districts.

We attend all the meetings so that we can understand the unique challenges that each district faces. We are then able to offer reports and forecasts that help the Directors make difficult decisions.

We have a knowledgeable staff that makes timely payment of all bills, prepares a comprehensive Bookkeeper's Report, and issues the payments for bond debt and expenses.

We work with your attorney, financial consultant, developers and engineers to make sure we have the latest information to be able to give you a reliable budget and advice.

We also represent the districts as their investment officer insuring that we can maximize the interest income while keeping the money in a safe and reliable financial institution.

As a benefit of us attending each meeting we can work with remote Attorneys or Financial Advisers and get the necessary documents signed and notarized.
